 My Approach

I work integratively, which means that I tailor my approach to each individual client's needs. I have a special interest in Cognitive Behaviour approaches (CBT), Mindfulness, Compassion Focussed Therapy (CFT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

I like to work visually and creatively, using charts, maps and other hands-on methods.  I believe in working as a team, giving you the tools you need to become your own 'therapist' in the future when our sessions have ended.

About me

I am an experienced Chartered Psychologist with the British Psychological Society (BPS) and am Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).

I completed my Doctorate in Counselling Psychology with my research focusing on Emotional Eating. I also have an MSc in Health Psychology and thus have a special interest in health conditions. I currently work in the Bariatric surgery service at St Mary's Hospital Imperial College NHS trust and also offer my services privately.
